1. Purpose of This Disclosure

This page explains the risks of using HyperAgent's automated trading software. Read it carefully before subscribing or connecting a Binance API key. Nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome.

2. No Guarantee of Profit

Automated trading strategies, including the strategies used by HyperAgent, do not guarantee profit and can result in losses, including the loss of your entire trading balance. Past performance of any strategy, backtest, or live account is not a reliable indicator of future results.

3. Market and Volatility Risk

Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can move sharply in short periods of time. Leveraged futures trading, in particular, magnifies both gains and losses, and can result in losses that exceed initial expectations.

4. Automation and Technical Risk

Software bugs, connectivity issues, or exchange downtime can cause the bot to behave unexpectedly, miss trades, or fail to close positions as intended.
Order execution is subject to slippage, latency, and exchange-side liquidity, which can cause actual results to differ from expected outcomes.
Binance or other third-party infrastructure outages are outside HyperAgent's control.

5. You Retain Control and Responsibility

Because your funds remain in your own Binance account, you are solely responsible for the capital you allocate to trading, for monitoring your account, and for stopping the bot or revoking API access if you no longer wish to trade. HyperAgent cannot access or move your funds, but it also cannot force a trade to close outside of the exchange's normal order execution.

6. Only Trade Risk Capital

Only allocate funds to automated trading that you can afford to lose. Do not trade with funds needed for essential living expenses, debt repayment, or other financial obligations.

7. Not Investment Advice

HyperAgent is a software tool, not a licensed investment adviser or broker. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Consider consulting an independent, licensed financial professional before making trading decisions.
