1. What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information HyperAgent collects when you use hyperagent.codes, how it is used, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: full name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
Subscription/payment records: the USDT transaction ID you submit for monthly access review, and the resulting approval status. We do not collect card numbers or bank details.
Exchange API credentials: the Binance API key and secret you provide so the bot can place trades on your behalf. This key should be created with trading permission only and withdrawal permission disabled. We display only a masked version of your key in the dashboard.
Trading and usage data: bot status, strategy configuration, and trading activity generated through your connected account, shown back to you in the dashboard.
Technical data: basic log data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and troubleshooting.

3. How We Use Information

To operate your account, run the bot on your behalf, and display trading data in your dashboard.
To review and approve subscription payments.
To communicate with you about your account, including support requests.
To maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How API Credentials Are Handled

Your Binance API key and secret are stored encrypted and are used solely to submit trading instructions to Binance on your behalf, through connections that do not include withdrawal permission on Binance's side. Access to raw credential values is restricted to the systems that execute trades.

5. Third Parties

We share data with the Binance API strictly to execute the trading functionality you request. We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and trading data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

7. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
You can request correction of inaccurate data.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any legal retention requirements.
You can disconnect or rotate your API key on Binance at any time, independent of any request to us.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and in transit, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to enable two-factor authentication on your Binance account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
